Mayor Eric Garcetti, First Lady Amy Elaine Wakeland, Councilmember Nury Martinez, and the Getty House Foundation Board of Directors brought together women business owners and entrepreneurs from all over Los Angeles for an open discussion about women’s equality on the anniversary of the adoption of the 19th Amendment. Women at all levels of business met and networked, gained valuable support from resource tables, and engaged in a discussion to share their thoughts with the Mayor and First Lady on what L.A. can do to help women thrive in today’s business environment.
